The best thing with Xero is that you are never alone when processing. If something doesn’t go to plan, you always have a contact to help solve a problem. If it is not Xero support, it can be your accountant or bookkeeper.
Xero Users with Advisor access can allocate access to anyone and once this is accepted, the other user can log into the Xero file and view exactly what you are seeing.
This saves time when the problem can be discussed and solved straightaway, and avoids having to save and email a copy of the program to the accountant or bookkeeper.
