Increases to ASIC Fees from 1 July 2016

ASIC has released their new fees from 01 July 2016, most fees have increased modestly, see the table below for the most common ASIC fees:

Annual Renewal Proprietary Company	$246	$249	$3
Annual Renewal Special Purpose Company	$46	$47	$1
Registration of Business Name for 3 Years	$79	$80	$1
Reregistration of Company	$38	$38	Nil

It is important to note that if you pay your ASIC renewal fees late there are large penalties:

One Month Late	$75	$76	$1
Greater Than One Month	$312	$316	$4

If you do not pay your ASIC fees for an extended period of time, your company, ABN and business name maybe deregistered. Read more information on ASIC fees.
